Visa and Passport Requirements
Passports
Renewal
- Original old passport plus a copy.
- 2 Personal photos with white Background
- Copy of the Jordanian ID and the Saudi Residence Permit (Iqama)
- Copy of Jordanian Family ID
- A letter of authorization to ALFIFA on the official letterhead of the sponsoring company for the holder of the passport, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and MOFA. (A sample letter is available at our office).
Child Passport
- Original Birth Certificate attested from Jordanian Embassy (Alfifa can attest it for yo you)
- Copy of the parent’s Jordanian IDs and the Saudi Residence Permit (Iqama)
- Copy of the Jordanian Family ID
- Original passports of the parents.
- A letter of authorization to ALFIFA on the official letterhead of the sponsoring company for the holder of the passport, certified by the Chamber of Commerce and MOFA. (A sample letter is available at our office).
Visa Requirements
- Fill up a visa application form
- 2 photographs
- Certificate of employment addressed to the embassy
- Exit re-entry (6 months)
- Photocopy of Iqama
- Sponsor’s id copy/passport copy (housemaid / house driver)

- Please be aware that the process for most of embassies will take from two to three weeks.
- Schengen Visa Note: The first point of entry has to be the country that issued the visa. For more details, please click here.
- Embassies or third party are the one who grant or reject the service requested also the duration of the process, AlFifa fee is not refundable. Embassy or third party policy and procedure are applied on their charges. (in most cases embassy chares are not refundable).
- According to Schengen Visa Regulation,applicants are required to visit Embassy or Application Centers personally for the collection of their biometric data and to submit the visa application. The biometric data is valid for 5 years and children under the age of 12 are exempt from biometric data collection.
- An Applicant may submit his visa application along with his family’s application on their behalf. AlFifa will collect back the passports for applicants as requested, passport submission receipt is required.
- For Schengen Visa, Kindly note that no head cover for men only in photograph.
