ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Most of our services are processed immediately after receiving the request with full payment, therefore, there will be no cancellation nor refund on all such services. Services that are rejected or declined by service provider due to wrong information supplied by the customer there will be no cancellation nor refund on all such services. Service provider has the final decision on granting the service or decline services as per their term and condition. However, a refund of the service provider charge is subject to the terms and condition of the third party. FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by alfifa.com or by any other vendor or service provider through alfifa.com. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. All transactions will be processed in Saudi Riyal  (SAR) unless mentioned otherwise.
